At Between the Lines, we want to ensure you have the right gear for every play. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective equipment seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
